GREENTECH™ Wet Scrubber

1. VERTICAL COUNTER CURRENT PACKED BED SCRUBBER
GREENTECH™ standard counter current packed bed scrubber has been designed and engineered to
remove corrosive gases and liquid particulates from air streams containing either a single pollutant
or a combination of pollutants. All GREENTECH™ Scrubbers have been designed to achieve high
collection efficiency with maximum corrosion resistance and minimum maintenance.

  2. Main unit and blowers are composed of non metal material FRP/PP/PVC /PVDF),
    resistant to corrosion.

GREENTECH™ Wet Scrubber

2. HORIZONTAL CROSSFLOW PACKED BED SCRUBBER
GREENTECH™ standard cross flow packed bed scrubber have been engineered to remove
corrosive gases contaminated air moves horizontally through a packed bed and irrigated by
scrubbing liquid which flows vertically down through the packing. All GREENTECH™ Scrubbers have
been design to achieve high collection efficiencies with maximum corrosion resistance and
minimum maintenance.

  1. Compact package type with at ease installation.
  2. Main unit and blowers are composed of non metal material FRP/PP/PVC /PVDF), resistant
    to corrosion.
  3. Horizontal scrubber type. Unit height is ½ less of the vertical type.
  4. Pull or push system availability

GREENTECH™ Wet Scrubber

3. VENTURI SCRUBBER
GREENTECH™ Venturi scrubbers can have the highest particle collection efficiencies of any wet
scrubbing system, particularly for very small particles. They are used widely because their open
construction helps to remove most particles without plugging or scaling. Venturi scrubbers have
been designed to collect particles at very high collection efficiencies, sometimes exceeding 99%.
The ability of Venturi to handle large gas inlet volumes at high temperatures makes applicable to
many industries.

  2. Main unit and blowers are composed of metal material MS, CS, SUS 304,316 or FRP High Temperatures
  3. Above 99% removal of particulate containment in the soluble gases and size interval
    covering a diameter range 1μm – 100μm and above 90% removal of liquid mist.

4. WET FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION ( FGD ) SYSTEM
GREENTECH™ FGD or scrubbers design features provide the highest levels of SO2 removal,
reduced operating cost and significant reduction in maintenance cost compared to the other
technologies.

GREENTECH™ Dry Air Pollutions

1. ACTIVE CARBON TREATMENT UNIT
GREENTECH™ standard carbon absorber is a common odor control technology. Basic objective of
these carbon absorbers is to act as a dry absorption filter for odorous air before emitting to the
atmosphere. The odorous compound are adsorbed to the surface of the carbon, which has a high
surface to volume ratio. The carbon is then replaced or regenerated when it became saturated and
odor breakthrough occurs. Carbon absorbers are typically used for flow concentration air streams.
They maybe used either for primary odor control or for polishing stage following chemical scrubber
or biological treatment system. They maybe cost prohibitive for high concentration applications
due to high cost of carbon. Carbon absorbers typically included fiberglass vessel, which house
carbon between perforated plates. A fan draw or pushes the air through the carbon absorbers. Air
containing odorous compounds enters the bottom of the vessel and travels to the outside stack of
TCA scrubber. The clean treated air then passes through granular carbon active and filter carbon
active to remove entrained odor. The air then moves radial through a center-located radial flow
carbon vessel and discharged out the top for highly effective complete odor control. Carbon
absorbers are easy to install and maintain, required no chemical storage or handling, require a
relatively small footprint, and typically guarantee 99% hydrogen sulfide removal efficiencies.
Disadvantages include the high cost of the carbon and the required disposal of used carbon. Carbon
is also not recommended with high moisture air, witch saturated the carbon bed to quickly. Carbon
is commonly used in remote location such as pumping station wet wells. However, when humidity
levels are critical it maybe considered to place a high efficiency demister unit before the carbon
treatment units.
